Short Description

New Social Media Platform with matching App.

I have marketing partners than can & will reach more consumers than Facebook. Multiple Tech teams already bidding for the work. Very easy investment, just takes some project management along the way.

Executive Summary

Investors equity is currently valued in "safe" projections at $1.9Billion for 12 months after launch. When I say "safe", I mean "watered down". Because of the style of launch and consumer base we market to, the equity can and probably will be far higher.

If you're ready to be in the 1%, get to me cause we're ready to go here. Opportunity for an Investor/Founding partner to basically make money while they sleep as our launch audience is bigger than Facebook's monthly user base.

This is not a case of "will I get my money back?" and if you're asking this question, please look elsewhere for an Investment because this has clearly gone over your head. It's a case of whether "You" the investor becomes a Billionaire or has to settle for hundreds of Millions in return for the investment.

It's not time consuming, the tech team do the leg work, myself & investor are simply there to make some key decisions and keep everything rolling on time as well as consult with our Marketing Partners. Based on the watered down numbers, I'd expect any investor who knows an opportunity when they see one, to invest for even just 1% equity, though they are offered far more than that.

If you're not familiar with tech investments, for something like this, if you've ever used Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, you'll understand it all very clearly. If you prefer, you can think of it as a one off investment, sell your shares when done and use your profits to invest in/buy/give away to whatever or whoever you wish.

Company will be UK registered once Investment is lined up, thus you'll be listed on Companies House as a Director.

Investor will also get "Free Lifetime Advertising" on the Platform for any Business/Investment's they have or make, and based on the consumer numbers, you're pretty much guaranteeing that ventures success as you're Marketing it to over 1Billion consumers free of charge.

Note: This will be a private company so the sale of shares will always be done privately so don't expect to pass this by only to buy into it later.

What would you do with your $1.9Billion share? I'd suggest you Invest now before you lose the opportunity, because these opportunities come around once in a lifetime.

Two offers of Investment have already been turned down. I'll send you a full break down, I advise you read it because those investors who offered the capital wanted their own standard amount of equity which nullified the entire project. (they wanted too much). If you take the time to read the business plan properly, you'll understand why the equity has to be done this way. You won't get 50%, 40% or even 30% but even as the founder, neither do I. Forget the equity number and try looking at that what that equity will be worth.

£300,000 capital investment is more than worth it even if you took home only 1% based on how much 1% will be worth very quickly. But Investors equity is higher than 15%. Investors expected return upon 12 months from launch is minimum, $1.9Billion and that's just the initial benchmark we're looking to get the company to. It can and most likely will go far, far higher.

You can ignore this opportunity if you like and write it off as riff raff but then you'll always be stuck investing in small companies until they lose enough of your money to have made your "Investor career" pointless. You might however, get the odd success but never anything on this scale.

I'm not going to beg anyone to invest. I know what I've got, I've had offers of Investment but quite frankly, some people just don't deserve to be Billionaires.
