Short Summary

The Room Service App is ready to go to the next stage. I have interest from an International investment group who wish to manage the launch of a restructured company with a view to an exit strategy within three to five years.

The Business

Only the worlds most luxurious hotels, including The Lanesborough Hotel in London, could afford Room Service software. Now, every hotel can afford software to enhance guest experience and make their stay more enjoyable.

Our App costs £10 per room, per month; an average hotel with 140 rooms, pays £1,400 per month or £16,800 per year. Rates are adjusted for larger hotels and groups.

The Room Service App pays for itself; revenue streams include an Affiliate Program, built-in Advertising Module for local businesses, and for hotels in major tourist areas, a Luxury Shop.

Guests and visitors who install the App can join the Room Service Club for free, login to review their booking history and Loyalty Points; hotel room booking is free.

The Market

The Room Service App is available and supported Worldwide.

The App is available in any language and guests will be able to choose their native language. The next stage of App development includes an online template hotel automated publishing system. Hotels will be able to register online, add their logo, brand colours, Categories, Products, Services and Prices.

Because we are using a template, we do not have to publish a new App, we just load the relevant hotel data; this is major time saver.
Luxury hotels consider Room Service software essential. It is included as standard to help enhance guest experience.

Progress/Proof

We successfully piloted the Banqueting App at The Queens Hotel, Leeds. The hotel has now been taken over by Kew Green Hotels, 72 hotels in the Group. We have several major hotel clients including three luxury Mercure Accor Hotels.

Successful UK Competitor
Crave Interactive has installed their Room Service Tablet systems in 11 top luxury hotels in the UK and major hotels Worldwide, including Las Vegas.

Crave Interactive have satisfied a demand for a Room Service App and supplied their Tablet solution since 2016. The cost of the system is well above the budget of most hotels.

There is a proven demand for this service, and we are filling this gap with a powerful low-cost Room Service App.

Objectives/Future

Our objective is to complete a successful and very profitable exit strategy within 3 to 5 years. I already have several options including the Team completing a multi-million $ deal in the USA. They want the Room Service App as their next project.

By also linking with a major hotel services group, offices in 18 countries, we can very quickly increase our Worldwide hotel database. They will bolt-on The Room Services App to their existing hotel systems. Their CEO's comment: "We have our own room management software but have not moved yet to a guest facing app for such needs."

We are adding to our franchised Accor hotel client list. Accor have more than 2,000 franchised hotels.

Our target is 2,000 hotels Year 1, 5,000 hotels Year 3.
