I have worked as a Finance Director in a business involved in medical diagnostics. This involved growing the business very successfully over an extended time-frame and executing a twin track sale and IPO (floatation) process. The business sold very successfully to private equity. I would now like to use this experience to help a business grow or help with a sale process. I would like this to be in a hands on way with a view to making a potential equity investment.
