SurVerda produces and distributes biofertilizers, organic herbicides, natural insecticides, biofungicides and a host of other products for commercial agriculture, livestock and aquaculture in the U.S., Canada, and soon to be Mexico, South America and Europe.

SurVerda Labs creates, licenses and distributes innovative, organic specialty chemicals, nutrients and disease protection products for commercial organic agriculture. We distribute products throughout the western United States with expansion slated for across the United States, Mexico, Latin America and Europe.

We seek $400,000 in the form of a Convertible Note paying an attractive Annual Return with the ability to convert into equity. With this growth and operational capital, SurVerda's revenues will increase significantly and the funds will accelerate short term growth opportunities in the marketplace, sales/marketing, trade shows, operational costs and managing inventory.

The global market size for crop protection products is $57 billion. A 1% market share could put a company like SurVerda on a potential trajectory of $570 million in sales. Consumer demand in organic produce is driving growth in this sector. Consumers are demanding clean, nutritious food. This presents a growing opportunity for SurVerda to meet this demand for organic produce. Organic farmland in the US still only represents 1% of the total acreage of farm producing land, yet consumer demand for organics is growing at a staggering annual growth rate of 12%. Our focus on organics has brought us into organic livestock products and the need for healthy and sustainable aquaculture to feed the growing global population.

SurVerda focuses on innovative, niche products that "feed" and "protect" high value crops and livestock. This year SurVerda will be launching products into the other protein markets with innovative products for poultry and fish farming. All of our Commercial Ag products are organic and carry the highest level of certification whether on the federal, state or third party level. In 2020 we will be launching a line of products under the brand MaX OrganicX targeted to the hemp and cannabis farms popping up across the U.S. with targeted technology toward high yielding and healthy plants.

SurVerda sells to distributors and applicators nationwide, who in turn sell to farmers and ranchers. SurVerda has arrangements with the top distributors and applicators of fertilizers and specialty products marketed in the U.S. Profit margins run between 35-50%, depending on the product.

Our strategy is to partner with large agriculture distributors and applicators to enhance distribution channels for our proven products. Plant Wash, one of six products of SurVerda, is an organic fungicide. It is being blended with several high selling national fungicides, along with copper and sulfur to compliment and boast the efficacy of the end product. Plant Wash is slated to be a compliment to one of the most popular fungicides and non-GMO insecticides in the world and beginning in 2020 it will be the focus of a national marketing campaign that will include road shows, conventions and international collaborations.

We have identified several niche opportunities to complement what our distributors are asking us to innovate. This year we will see our products part of "crop protocol" programs in a variety of nut tree and fruit tree crops, along with several row crops such as broccoli, celery, grapes, leafy greens and more. We will be coming out with an organic herbicide, a very large market, along with an organic sticker (a carrier for organic herbicides and other nutrients) in Q2 of 2020. We will continue our rapid growth and it will accelerate as products are introduced in the Midwest and East Coast covering multiple row crops, strawberries, tomatoes, leafy greens, trees, potatoes, nut crops and more. Our livestock products sales will be introduced this year, along with commencing sales to the aquaculture (fish farming) and food processing industries.
