Market Opportunities
As per survey conducted by NDTV and The Hindu, a total of 20.32 million graduates pass out in India, out of which almost 50% .ie. 10.16 million Graduates are unemployable.
The market potential inherent in those graduates is substantial. According to third-party research data, approximately 93% of all graduates access the internet regularly.
Competitive Advantages
At the moment soft skills and behavioral training are offered as classroom training and not as an online e-learning module. Tejovathi Consulting will be a pioneer in this field and our primary competitive advantages will be lower costs and easy availability.
We will also use online tools to better engage customers, allowing them to reserve and pay online in advance as well as create individual profiles for follow-up and feedback.

Financial Projections
Tejovathi Consulting expects to earn a modest profit by year two based on projected sales. Our projections are based on the following key assumptions:
