Chartering Cape size Bulk Carriers to Ship Raw Material to the ASEAN for Processing in the Host Country on Existing Plant ito a Composite material which is Ideal to Suppliment Concrete as an Alternative to Natural Material No Longer Available or Restricted in its Availability.

The UK at Full capacity is capible of providing 5 Ships per Year, France 5, Germany 5 and so on. Europe could supply the Annual 50 Million Tonne Shortfall, Simultaneously Diverting the charge and the Problematic material away from Landfill, the Furnace or Worse.

Each vessel carrying Feedstock which has a Value to 21st of 27 Million Pounds Sterling.

21st are Working with the UK Chamber of Commerce and the Department of Business and Trade (DBT)'s Export Support Service for Asia-Pacific and other departments linked between the UK and the ASEAN to Negotiate and Secure Contracts to supply Feedstock from Europe to the ASEAN.
