College campus around the area's. Customers of Jon Smith Subs enjoy a wide range of combinations in which our sandwiches can be purchased. The Jon Smith Subs menu includes a wide variety of hot and cold-cut sandwiches made with an assortment of freshly baked breads including White, Wheat. We also offer a delicious range of deli-style sandwiches: Sirloin steak, grilled chicken, deli meats or veggies, salads, fries, beverages, and freshly baked cookies. Also, for parties and events we offer six-foot subs or deli trays.

The Service

Jon Smith Subs is committed to serving the absolute highest quality, large portioned, mouthwatering sub that's FRESH FRESH FRESH! They menu offers a variety of marinated sirloin steak subs including the Steak Bomb, marinated grilled chicken subs including the Chicken Bomb, grilled specialties including the Gator, giant deli subs including the Triple Deli Classic and they can all be combined with our cooked to order fries or potato chips. They also offer a kids menu, salads and cookies


The management

All directors(3) have military experiences and zero in the restaurant service industries. Full biographies are available upon request.

Financial

Although not yet producing profits, because we are ploughing back revenues into the company, the expectation is that by the end of this year most equipment will be bought and profits will begin. However we believe there is a much larger market than we are able to address at present and so seek marketing and investment help to grab a leadership position. Exact financial to-date are available.

To achieve our objectives, Joint Guardian, LLC is seeking $150,000 either as a loan to be paid back with agreed interest, from the cash flow of the business within five years, or raised by equity sale (25%). A combination of this is possible and can be subject to negotiation.
