New Social Media Platform with matching App.

I have marketing partners than can & will reach more consumers than Facebook reaches on a monthly basis. Multiple Tech teams already bidding for the work. Uncomplicated investment, just takes our Tech Team working their magic and some clever project management along the way.

Executive Summary

Investors equity is currently valued in "safe" projections at $1.9Billion for 12 months after launch.

It's not time consuming, the tech team is ready to build both the platform & app which is the initial portion of the Investment. Once complete, the Marketing partners perform their magic for the launch, reaching over 1 Billion consumers worldwide. Initial portion and follow up portion of investment is inclusive of the £300k budget. Thus, you're not investing £300k all in one go. Our budget is bigger than Facebook & Instagram's starting budgets.

The projections are "Not" based on reaching the revenue streams or size of either Facebook or Instagram. From current projections Vs the big three (Facebook, Twitter & Instagram) our Platform would only be bigger than Twitter at that stage & revenue streams. We'd still have some way to go to reach Facebook & Instagram. But, with a genius marketing structure like we have, it's not only possible to catch Facebook & Instagram, but out do them by some distance. You'll be making money while you sleep and be capable of funding any kind of lifestyle or business' you want.

Company will be UK registered once Investment is lined up, thus you'll be listed on Companies House as a Director. I am UK based. You don't have to be.

Investor will also get "Free Lifetime Advertising" on the Platform for any Business/Investment's they have or make, and based on the consumer numbers, you're pretty much guaranteeing that ventures success as you're Marketing it to over 1 Billion consumers free of charge.

This will be a private company so the sale of shares will always be done privately so don't expect to pass this by only to buy into it later. Sales of shares will be limited until at least six months after the launch. By then, you can sell all of your shares if you wish.

Two offers of Investment have already been turned down. I'll send you a full break down, I advise you read it because those investors who offered the capital wanted their own standard amount of equity which nullified the entire project. (they wanted too much). If you take the time to read the business plan properly, you'll understand why the equity has to be done this way. You won't get 50%, 40% or even 30% but even as the founder, neither do I. Forget the equity number and try looking at that what that equity will be worth.
