Film Studio Investment that includes: Business Property, Film Production & Theatrical Self Distribution for the UK. Collateral is used to guarantee a profit for a 24 month Investment. Investors are granted shares in both the Film & in the Studio for added security.

Studio is based in the North West of England with connections as far as Australia & Hollywood. Project has had input from one of the Producers of "The Fast & the Furious" franchise.

Executive Summary

Independent Film Studio that guarantee's at least, approximately £400,000 in profit over 24 months, no matter how the completed Film performs.

Surpassing EIS & SEIS schemes, the risk factor is removed for investors and placed on the Studio. The Film Industry is known for it's incredible potential when it comes to Investment, but also the risk that comes with those investments. Our Studio deal removes said risk and leaves even first time investors with the incredible potential of £63M in world wide Sales Projections.

The Business Property has already been scouted and is available to purchase. The film is fully developed, cast and director sounded out along with additional Producers.

By running the Film initially through Theatrical Self Distribution, we bump the Investors up the food chain and by a simple clause that states the Studio cannot make profit until first investors have reached their Minimum Guarantee ROI, it's a win win for Investors. A sole investor will make £400,000+ in 24 months by not even lifting a finger.

On offer:

Up to 50% Equity in the Studio. Up to 90% Equity in the Film Project*
*for 90% Equity in the Film, there will be a profit margin clause. Once the film hits X amount in profits (mutually agreeable), the Studios next project will be funded from said profits. The remainder is split 90/10 in favor of Investors. The Film is expected to far surpass X amount and still leave Investors a very healthy profit. Bonus is that the next project is funded which gives investors another 90% Equity return.

This can continue for as long as the Investors like to be involved.

Alternatively, Investor can Exit after one project with the Studio having first refusal on buying out Equity. If Investor keeps Equity in Studio alone, they'll be entitled to 50% of Studio revenue going forward, even when not funding Film 2, 3, 4 etc.

Nevertheless, Investors will continue to receive revenue from first Film for as long as said Film is making money anywhere in the world through royalties.

When your "worst case scenario" is a £400,000 profit over 24 months, the question isn't "can I afford to do this", it's "can I afford not to do this"...
