Background Information

I have been heavily involved in the transport industry for 13 years. At present we have nearly 40 vehicles on the road. The majority of our work comes from the leading Parcel companies like FedEx, DX, TNT, UPS.
I am always looking to grow my business and in January 2017 I invested in a franchise with a parcel reseller. The company is called World Options and the idea behind this was to give us an international offering to our existing customers and also new customers. we are able to also through World Options ship domestically. World Options has strong working relationships with all the premium carriers such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS.

Requirements:

I am looking for someone who is self motivated with a can do attitude and at all times is optimistic. I am unable to work with negative people. The person need to be sales driven and have a proven track record in sales. The person will have experience in working to sales targets as we look to grow the franchise together. Ideally the person will have a sales background in the parcel industry. experience with any of the premium carriers would be an advantage.
The person will not be required to invest any money in the partnership. They must however have the relevant skills and know how to drive the business forward. A small salary may be paid in early stages along with commission to the right person.
