No way.
I am with the Eon on the Age UK tariff which guarantees that you will speak to a human being. You may have to wait for the phone to be answered but there are NO menus to plough through and if the person who answers the phone can’t help he or she rapidly puts me through to someone else – equally real.
Worth paying a bit more for? I’ll say it is.
